Jonny caught the eye with two tries, making it 9 tries in his last 10 appearances.
He came into the Cathedral View lounge after the game to receive his award from Louise James who was fundraising event on behalf of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, using tickets kindly donated by club sponsor allpay.
Jonny then took part in an informal Q&A, facilitated by former Gloucester back row forward Simon Devereux, alongside team mates Dario Chistolini, Jimmy Cowan and Ben Morgan.
Simon fully endorsed the choice of the 1873 Club Members:
"A tremendous Kingsholm sign off with a performance that encapsulated all that has been good at Gloucester this season.
"Three tries against top of the table Saracens , who hold the tightest defence in the Premiership, was just reward for a disciplined and mature performance showing great character.
"Jonny deservedly picked up the 1873 Man of the Match award after two tries and an equally important try saving second half tackle.
"Ben's superb solo try was crucial as it stretched Gloucester's lead straight from a restart having just conceded points."
