England today named an Under 20 Elite Player Squad containing "a great blend of skill, pace and power" for the 2010-11 season, a squad featuring three Gloucester rugby starlets.

What does the Gloucester Rugby Club Academy offer?
The Gloucester Rugby Club Academy is fully aware of the importance of on-going partnerships between the young players, their families, schools and clubs. With this in mind the Kingsholm set-up plays particular interest to each player on a one-to-one basis.
Communication is key and so is the involvement of the parents, school and club, and the Academy seeks to include everyone in the planning process to ensure high performance coaching is delivered to the best young players.
