England today named an Under 20 Elite Player Squad containing "a great blend of skill, pace and power" for the 2010-11 season, a squad featuring three Gloucester rugby starlets.

Henry TrinderThe gifted centre has already appeared in the Gloucester first team and is viewed as a regular midfield presence in the future. Quick and gaining in experience, Trinder was part of the England U20 side who made the Junior World Cup Final in Tokyo in June 2009. 2009-10 saw him sidelined for period by a couple of niggling injuries but, such is his potential, that he was offered a two year senior deal in spring 2010. |

Charlie SharplesThe former Wycliffe College student moved to St Peter's School in Gloucester and scored a hat-trick in the Daily Mail Under-18s final at Twickenham. Like Trinder, he has already experienced life in the Guinness Premiership and enjoyed a fantastic 2009-10 season scoring 12 tries in all competitions. |

Dave LewisScrum half Dave Lewis joined Gloucester Rugby from the Exeter Chiefs and has looking to played his way into the first team squad on a regular basis. Also an England U20 international, Dave combed his rugby development with a course in Sports Coaching and Conditioning at Hartpury College - Gloucester's training base. |

Olly MorganThe talented full-back former pupil at Millfield, signed his first professional contract with Gloucester in 2004. Morgan has represented England at Under 19 level and during the 2007 Six Nations Championship made his debut against Scotland at full-back and later made a second appearance against Ireland. Morgs'ability under the high ball and his gameline breaking are two of his very best attributes and he has gone on to make the number 15 shirt his own at Kingsholm. |

Luke NarrawayThe back-row forward joined Gloucester from Kings School, Worcester. He made his debut away at Leeds in 2003 and has since transformed into a devastating ball carrier who loves to run in open space. He has represented England at Under 18, Under 21 level and played for the Saxons. He made his full England debut against Wales at Twickenham in the 2008 Six Nations Championship which capped off a remarkable 6 months in which he cemented a place in the Gloucester team as well. |

Andy HazellHazell has six England caps and progressed from Gloucester's junior set up to establish himself as one of the most effective, durable and committed flankers in the Premiership. Alongside Adam Eustace, the pair were first given contracts by former director of rugby Philippe Saint-Andre and Hazell has continued his progression by making well over 200 appearances for the club. Hazell is one of the new breed of senior players at Kingsholm was rewarded with a benefit season in 2008-9. |

Adam EustaceThe hugely competitive lock also progressed at the same time as Hazell after graduating from junior club Widden Old Boys. Always competitive, he formed a key partnership with Alex Brown over the years in the 2003/4 season and has established himself as a key man in the squad. Made nearly 250 appearances for his home town club before joining Northampton Saints for the 2010-11 season. |

James ForresterForrester was part of the most successful graduation period in Gloucester's Academy history. Alongside Marcel Garvey, Brad Davies, Clive Stuart-Smith and James Simpson-Daniel, the number eight made a massive impact at senior level. An England international, Forrester has scored 29 tries in all competitions since his debut in 2001 and his effort in extra-time against London Irish in the European Challenge Cup sealed the win for Gloucester. Sadly James had to retire from professional early due to a recurring knee injury. |

James Simpson-DanielA gifted and balanced runner, the England international winger also progressed through the Academy set up and is closing in on 200 appearances and 100 tries in all competitions. Was named Guinness Premiership Player of the Season in 2007-8. |
