If you are collecting tickets from the ticket office, please allow good time to ensure you have plenty of time to get into the stadium.
Supporters are urged, if at all possible, to pick up reserved tickets ahead of matchday. The Ticket Office is open until 3:30pm on Friday.
Season ticket holders and match ticket holders must ensure that they bring their valid tickets for the match, as the ticket office will not be able to reprint any lost or forgotten tickets on the day due to the match being predicted a sell out.
There is also likely to be more people than usual picking up their tickets from collections on matchday itself, so please allow more time than you would do ordinarily to avoid missing the start of the game.
The collection windows on Saturday will be as follows:
Surname A - D, Window 1
Surname E - H, Window 2
Surname I - M, Window 3
Surname N - R, Window 4
Surname S - Z, Window 5
There will be a happy hour from the time the gates open. During that hour, the bars at Kingsholm will be selling pints of Carling for £2.50, pints of Worthington's for £2.50, pints of Magners for £3.00 and pints of Guinness for £3.00.
After 2pm, prices will return to normal. Please drink alcohol responsibly.
Before the match, there will be a pre match Question and Answer session in the Shogun Bar with Rupert Harden and Tim Taylor from 1:45pm.
Alex Brown will be in the club shop from 1:30pm, and after the game in the Shogun Bar doing a calendar signing. If you'd like to pop in and wish Alex all the best following the news that he has had to reture due to injury, he'd be glad to see you.
Meanwhile, between 2pm and 2:50pm, Andy Hazell and Henry Trinder will also be in the club shop, signing copies of Alex Brown's and Nick Wood's testimonial calendars.
On the other side of the ground, Koree Britton, Drew Locke and Olly Morgan will be signing autographs and posing for photos at the Crew Zone near the Lion's Den between 1:40pm and 2:40pm.
As Saturday is our Christmas game, we will have carols from the Cathedral Choristers from 2pm.
Finally, we hope to have an pitchside interview with Alex Brown after the choir finishes.
We will have match-day entertainment after the game on Saturday in both The Shogun Bar and Lion's Den:
In the Shogun Bar this afternoon we have returning by popular demand - "Don't Tell Gerry", performing a range of music dating from the 60's through to present day. Everything from The Beatles to Madness and The Kings Of Leon, performed with huge energy.
In The Lion's Den we have the fabulous and local Sophie Cotterell. Sophie's rise to fame has included winning many local talent competitions as well as an X-Factor appearance. Sophie will delight you with a range of songs from Rhianna, Adele and Bon Jovi. She has enormous talent guaranteed to be enjoyed.
And, if you can't make the game in person, there will be the usual regular Twitter updates throughout the game.
Finally, following the game, visit gloucesterrugby.co.uk for a match report, photos and video reaction from the squad.
