As of 12 noon, the majority of the covers protecting the pitch have been removed, leaving a playing surface which is in remarkably good condition considering the weather conditions of the past 36 hours.
So, it's game on here at Kingsholm where Gloucester Rugby hope to clinch a home quarter final with a win over today's visitors, Mont-de-Marsan.
Conditions for spectators inside the stadium are in a good condition, the areas around the entrances, turnstiles and ticket office have all been cleared, seats have been swept.
Snow has been deposited at the very front of the Shed though, rendering this area out of bounds. Our apologies for this, it was the only way to get rid of the huge volume of snow on the covers at that side of the ground. Stewards will be on hand to show you where you can stand.
However, please be aware that the pavements around the Kingsholm area have not been cleared and there is still a fair amount of snow, slush and ice around. Please be careful as you walk.
And, for those of you travelling from distance, please check the travel updates before setting off and allow a little extra time for your journey.
The Park and Ride service from Barnwood is operational.
