The camp is designed to offer a fun and enjoyable experience whereby, the focus will be on developing core skills:
Handling - the basic principles
Decision Making - the fundamentals of game understanding, evasion and attacking play
Contact - tackle technique, rucking, mauling and defensive systems
Running - the principles of speed and agility
Analysis - used to improve game understanding
Team Building - A huge part of the game, so we concentrate on players working together
The camp is open to players aged 8-13 years and perfect for players that are new to the game and also for those that want to become a better player.
Each participant that attends the Gloucester Rugby Premiership Academy Camp will receive:
