All entrants will be asked to attend an audition on Monday 4th March, at 7pm in the Lion's Den at Kingsholm Stadium, where the lucky finalists will be picked.
So, if you would like the chance to go on a dinner date with one of the four players taking part (the names of whom will be confirmed shortly), then get your application forms in before it's too late.
All proceeds from the evening will be donated to 'The Fold' orphanage in South Africa.
