The schools were due to take part in a festival last week, but this was cancelled due to the extreme bad weather. The Community team at Gloucester Rugby are busy trying find another date when the festival can take place.
All the youngsters involved in the programme were invited to the London Welsh match and were given the opportunity to parade around the pitch.
Sadly, heavy overnight rain, sleet and snow meant that the pitch was very, very wet and, as such, they were unable to form a guard of honour or march around the pitch as originally planned.
However, the children did manage to parade up and down in front of a packed Shed, receiving a warm welcome that they will no doubt remember.
The schools involved were Hopelands Preparatory School, St Joseph's Primary, and Berkeley Primary School.
