
K-Box
This is a fantastic way of keeping fit, enabling participants to experience an all over body workout using Martial Art techniques. The idea behind K-Box is to allow people to take part in Kick-Boxing without the pressure of actually fighting. Working in pairs participants will box for periods of time hitting pads in a variety of positions. Sessions usually last for 60 or 90 minutes.

Box-Fit
This is a course designed to improve fitnes through boxing. Aimed at a Cardio-Vascular workout it is perfect for anyone who wishes to get fit quickly. Benefits include, improved hand-eye co-ordination, overall body conditioning, health and fitness. The course is designed not to be repetitive allowing participants to experience a different class each visit.
Stretch
This course is aimed at improving flexibility and mobility. Participants will take part in a range of movements which can decrease the chance in injury in day to day life.
