Community Rugby
The Community department undertake a wide range of rugby projects. The main aim of which is to support grassroots development, encouraging young people to play and enjoy the game.
Community Education
Gloucester Rugby through its Community initiatives has developed a set of educational programmes using rugby, the club, players and stadium to support the education of young people.
Community Friends
The 'Friends of Gloucester Rugby in the Community' scheme brings local community conscious businesses together with Gloucester Rugby.

Connection Scheme
The Connection Scheme formally partners schools and local junior clubs with Gloucester Rugby in an affiliation programme providing benefits to both parties.
