Gloucester Rugby Matchday Activities
Kingsholm is the stage for the highest level sporting action in the region, with international stars and young emerging talent offering the greatest entertainment around.
Each match day the Community team organise a range of activties for our young supporters including the Gloucester Rugby Match day Experience which provides the oppportunity for schools, clubs and community groups to benefit from a unique experience at Kingsholm as detailed below.
We also offer a range of activities for our Official Junior Members known as the Gloucester Crew with competitions to win signed shirts and places on camps along with the chance to become a match day mascot by entering an online competition every week.
Match Day Mascot Supported by Ecclesiastical Insurance
The Match Day Mascot supported by Ecclesiastical Insurance provides the opportunity for Gloucester Crew members to enter competitions online for every home Premiership game. One very lucky young person will then be selected to run out onto the famous Kingsholm pitch just prior to Kick-Off. Match Day Mascots will not only run out onto the pitch with the team captain but will also have the chance to meet a number of the players.

The Gloucester Rugby Pre Match Experience
The Gloucester Rugby Match day Experience package includes entertainment such as coaching sessions, guided tours of the famous Kingsholm Stadium and a chance to meet some of Gloucester's star players along with the opportunity to form a Guard of Honour, and to take to the pitch at half time in front of 16,500 spectators at Kingsholm.

Pre Match Experience Options for 09/10
The Pre Match Experience at Gloucester Rugby is one of the best days out availble across the Premiership with a range of activities available for all supporters.
Match Days at Kingsholm can be very exciting with schools, clubs and youth groups taking part in coaching sessions, meeting the players, going onto the pitch at half time and being part of a fantastic environment. The new options available for forthcoming are listed below, if you have any questions or would like to book your place please contact davebarley@gloucesterrugby.co.uk or call 01452 872275.
The Match Day Experiences are available for all rugby clubs, schools and youth groups for players aged Under 16, if however you have an older group interested please contact us for further details. Spaces for the Pre Match Experience are limited so please hurry and play your part!

Option 3 - Platinum Match Day Experience
- Match Day Ticket (South Stand allocated next to the Tunnel)
- Match Day Programme (Space in match day programme reserved for your club)
- Match Day Stadium Tour
- Q&A Session with a member of the Gloucester Rugby Squad
- Match Day Parade around the pitch in your club/ school colours (remember to bring your best kit!)
- Match Day Guard of Honour
- Half Time Match Day Experience - such as demo games, kicking competitons, skills demos
- Photo from the Pre Match Experience taken at half time signed by the Gloucester Rugby players (this will be sent after the event to allow time for collection of signatures)
