The Community Connection scheme formally partners schools and clubs with Gloucester Rugby. It is an affiliation programme providing benefits to both parties.

Last year, over 100 schools and clubs benefited from the scheme. Organisations joining the Connection scheme receive support from Gloucester Rugby Community Department by offering practical assistance and resources.
