Gloucester Rugby Schools Coaching

Schools signed up for the Connection Scheme will recieve a visit by professional coaches/ players to the school or youngsters from the school can visit Kingsholm for a great experience at the home of Gloucester Rugby.

Bishops College

Participants from Bishops College that took part in an Extended Schools Programme were invited to a Pre Match Experience at Kingsholm which included, a stadium tour, coaching on the pitch and tickets to a match.

Sarah Mortiboys the School Sport Co-ordinatior said "working closely with the Community Development Team at Kingsholm has allowed us to develop a unique relationship based on providing quality experiences for all our young people here at Bishops’ College. Students who have participated on the program have not only improved their skills within rugby but the sessions have also impacted on their levels of communication, team work skills, self motivation and self esteem”.
