HOSPITALITY at Kingsholm is the perfect combination of efficient organisation and the informal rugby club feel. You don t have to worry about clients being looked after , the team at GRFC recognise the need to create a great day and nothing is too much trouble.
I have lost count of the number of people who have had their first rugby experience at my box at Kingsholm and are now converted – pardon the pun.
Of all the corporate hospitality that we buy , local or national , a match day at Kingsholm has to be the best value and the match day service for food and drink at Kingsholm is first class.

BRUNSDON LLP are now in our 14th year with a hospitality box and the facilities it offers.
We continue to be impressed with the organisation of the match days and the care and consideration which is shown to both ourselves and our guests.
We very much treat the games as a social occasion and the camaraderie between fellow box holders is a price worth paying.
We do precious little with regards to direct advertising, but to be in a situation with like minded people and enjoy a good game of rugby means that we can hopefully get as good a result off the field as on it.

THE MOST important things about hospitality when entertaining customers is providing an excellent venue, food and drink along with an electric atmosphere. Gloucester Rugby Club have provided us with all of this. The NFU Mutual hospitality box at Gloucester is an ideal environment for us to entertain and thank our customers in a relax environment whilst enjoying an afternoons rugby. The whole environment of the club on a match day is hard to beat with customers getting caught up in the game whilst enjoying the chanting coming from the Shed.
Catering and drinks also play a big part on the day and both Winslow Brown and RMHM Ltd have perfected the art of providing good food and drinks.
Well done Gloucester for getting the four most important parts of any hospitality right, our customers certainly appreciate it.

Legends Lounge
TRYING to arrange a "Christmas do" for a bunch of "blokes" was a difficult task until I thought of Gloucester Rugby.
Avoiding driving, the chaps and I caught the train from Cheltenham and were looking forward to a days hospitality. We were not let down! Lounge had a good atmosphere, staff were efficient and friendly and your lads on the pitch didn't do a bad job either!
They say the way to a mans heart is through is stomach and you now have 9 new adoring fans.
As the organiser you always expect at least one person not to be happy - Not on this occasion.
Thanks to you and the team for a great day out. - We'll be back.
