A rather long wait till 2013. The Asian 5 Nations, as everyone knows, is the regional qualifier for the Rugby World Cup. Japan has dominated Asian rugby for the last five years and while some teams have made headway since 2008, South Korea, Hong Kong and Kazakhstan and the Philippines (recent Division 1 winner) are poised to be the main contenders for next year's battle.

Can Japan still dominate or will the rest of Asia be in the catching-up stages?
