Kingsholm Venues is the iconic home of Gloucester Rugby and this special setting will help make your conference, business meeting, trade fair, exhibition, product launch, award ceremony, training or team building event a truly memorable and meaningful occasion.

Conference Centre Capacities

The 1873 Suite overlooks the world-famous rugby pitch and it can accommodate up to 350 delegates in theatre-style layout or up to 250 guests in a round table format that is ideal for fine dining and business networking events. For smaller or more confidential meetings, the Legends Suite can accommodate up to 60 delegates, the Chairman's Suite up to 24 delegates, the Jewson Suite up to 20 delegates and sixteen superbly equipped hospitality boxes provide private meeting or breakout rooms for between two and ten delegates.

Flexible Facilities

We also offer free on-site car parking for up to 150 vehicles, nearly 1,000 sqm of exhibition space, ground floor halls with large door access for cars and the display of heavy equipment, free Wi-Fi and technical support throughout and an expert catering, banqueting and event management service.
