As part of a new joint venture, Hartpury College and Gloucester Rugby are seeking to establish a new women's rugby team with the ultimate ambition of playing in the Premiership.
Both partners are seeking a committed individual to fulfil the Senior Head Coach role ensuring a high-quality coaching, strength & conditioning and support services women's rugby development programme is implemented.
You will be responsible for the management and development of the Gloucester Hartpury Senior Women's Rugby Squad, as well as supporting the elite sport coaching programme for Hartpury University Women's Rugby players.
Ideally you should be an RFU Level 3 qualified coach, and also be capable of performing administrative functions such as fixture organisation. This role has the capacity to develop into a full time role over time.
