There is also a new second "change" shirt, which combines an exciting blend of colours in a traditional rugby, hooped design that that will certainly stand out in the crowd.
Also displayed on both new shirts are the logos of a number of new partners who have joined forces with Gloucester Rugby for the forthcoming season.
In addition to the ADEY Magnaclean logo on front and sleeve, Olbas and StubHub both feature on the reverse of the shirts while the likes of allpay, Hartpury College and Mitsubishi Motors continue their valued support of the club.
Finally, with Gloucester Rugby trying to remain at the forefront of new ideas, on the shoulder of each playing kit sits the club's official Twitter handle, @gloucesterrugby, which is an exciting innovation as the club tries to boost its social media profile.
Gloucester Rugby CEO Stephen Vaughan spoke to the club website about his excitement about launching the new look kit.
"The club possesses a young, exciting and dynamic squad, and we feel that this fresh new kit design will complement them and the style of rugby they play.
"We love the fact that so many Gloucester Rugby supporters proudly wear the team colours, home and away, and hope that the new designs go down well with them.
"Nigel Davies and the squad have already given their thumbs up to the new designs and are looking forward to wearing them for the JP Morgan 7s at Kingsholm on August 1st."
Adult sizes will retail at £50 and children's sizes at £35.
Pre-orders are now being taken at the club shop, and it is hoped that both shirt designs will be on sale in the club shop in early September.
Gloucester Rugby Season Ticket holders are advised that there will be a £5 discount voucher off the price of a replica shirt contained in their season ticket package which will be mailed out early next week.
