There are seven new faces from the team that started against Newcastle Falcons in the LV= Cup last Saturday.
James Hudson, Matt Kvesic and Morgan return in the pack, while Jimmy Cowan, Jonny May, Twelvetrees and Charlie Sharples come in to the back line.
Gloucester pushed Quins all the way at the Stoop last season, before going down 28-25, a close affair but Davies will be looking for an improved display 12 months on.
"We didn't really play up there last year, but we stuck in the game and had a chance maybe to do something at the end. But we were a bit disappointed with our performance up there to be honest.
"They're a quality side. They're been right up there for the past two or three years, and probably won't be too happy with their own form right now.
"It'll be an intriguing fixture, normally quite entertaining. The game at Kingsholm last season was one of the best games I've seen for a long, long time - a fantastic advert for the game of rugby and the Aviva Premiership.
"But this is a different set of circumstances with two teams desperate for the win, maybe not on top of their games as much as they'd like to be. I think it'll be quite a tense affair."
