As pre season training kicks in for the Gloucester Rugby squad, the team visited an outdoor activity centre for a day of team building as new members of the squad join up.
Taking in an obstacle course, climbing wall and 'spider' web, the players and staff competed for the best times in small teams.
In one of the teams, scrum half Dan Robson took charge of the GoPro camera and the footage shows a close-up feel of taking part in the activity and gets you closer to the Cherry and Whites.
