Work hard, play hard. It's a motto I lived by at school. If you put the work in and play hard you'll get your rewards.
What's your most prized possession?
My most prized possession would probably be my i-phone. I got it a few weeks ago and it's pretty cool.
What is your favourite breakfast cereal?
Probably Jordan's Muesli because it's healthy but it also tastes nice at the same time.
Which company would be your ideal sponsor?
You've got the clothing companies like Diesel, Abercrombie, Jack Wills and stuff that I tend to wear a lot. But probably a building construction company because I'm very much into property development and things like that.
Are you a spender or a saver?
Definitely a saver. I tend to put a lot of it away in savings and things. I enjoy myself but I have to look after myself for the future.
What made you last lose your temper?
Andy Hazell making fun of me. Over numerous things, about being a school boy and going to Millfield - I think he's quite jealous about that really. He's bitter about it with me a lot of the time.
Who's your favourite person on TV?
Jonathan Ross. I find him hilarious.
Which TV show would you like to be a contestant on?
It has to be A Question of Sport.
What part of training do you enjoy most?
The conditioning side of things, especially in pre-season when the weather is nice.
