The camps have provided youngsters with the chance to learn some new skills and to enhance their experience of rugby in a new environment whilst meeting their Gloucester Rugby heroes and getting the opportunity to pick up tips from the professionals.
And the camps do work. Take Charlie Sharples, an England U20 international winger and current member of the Gloucester Rugby first team squad.

Charlie, a local lad, caught the eye as a 14 year old at one of the club's Academy camps and progressed rapidly through the ranks to where he is today, scoring tries for the first XV.
