"I think our first half display was very good. Some of our shape and our organisation and the pressure we put on Harlequins I thought was great."
"We have to make sure that we keep creating chances. We'll keep working hard, Monday to Friday to make sure that we execute and make better decisions."
"We created a lot and finished a couple of opportunities. We have to be critical and keep on top of that because, if you don't take them and your discipline slips, then you'll potentially lose the game."
"Other than the try from Danny Care, I thought we were pretty comfortable and we played well in that first 40 minutes."
"Then the game changed a little bit. I think we needed to adjust better to some of the interpretation around the contact area and obviously the two yellow cards hurt us."
"Suddenly we went from 23-13 to 26 all but we dug well in last five or ten minutes to get a try on that bottom corner. So, I'll take it (the win) and the four points."
The Gloucester pack seemed to enjoy their afternoon in the scrummage area but both props found themselves sinbinned which Redpath was candid about.
"I thought we did well up front. We had some big scrums which led to a try in each half. I'm not a scrummager so I wouldn't have a clue what goes on in there."
"But, whatever goes on, cannot go on into open play. You can't take the risk nowadays, you'll get caught. You have to put your ego into your packet and take the smack on the chin. It's the team that's more important, not the individual."
