"It's as simple as that and the margins are that small. If people are efficient in their role, it's simple. But when you have seven, eight or nine people making mistakes defensively or discipline wise then it's very difficult to win a game."
Looking back to the victory over Worcester, Redpath identified one area which was vital last Saturday.
"There were no penalties given away in our half last weekend, not one. That's key for us, the discipline side of things. That was massive for us, only six penalties in the whole game and only two at the ruck."
"In the past, we've been up around 14 and that's what's not kept us in games. And when we've not been taking one or two of our own chances and leaking 15 points because of our discipline then it looks bad defensively."
"It's a knock on effect and, when we solve these issues, we'll win games than we lose."
