This is because the LV=Cup Final is scheduled to take place on Sunday March 21st and Gloucester beating the Cardiff Blues in the semi final would see Bryan Redpath's men otherwise engaged on that day!
Should Gloucester make the final, a tough week would beckon with Leeds Carnegie coming to Kingsholm on Saturday March 27th, the away fixture at Newcastle on Wednesday March 31st and finally Saracens the visitors on Saturday April 3rd.
