Talking at the post match press conference, Redpath paid tribute to the opposition but bemoaned his own side's lack of discipline.
"I thought Sarries played very well for the first 25 minutes and starved us of possession and territory. I thought we were dull and gave away three soft penalties and you can't do that against good sides and they punished us."
"Our discipline was letting us down and that's something I'll address on Monday because we can't carry on like that. I can understand certain penalties but I'm quite angry about some of the dull ones."
"What I can't question though is the resilience to come back from 13-3 down and win the game."
"We had a slow start because they kept possession well and kicked well. When we had possession, we never had any territory."
"But, when we attacked in the right areas, we looked dangerous. What we lacked was the ball and being in the right areas to attack from."
"In general terms I'm delighted. There were some great performances. Our defence was outstanding, there was a missed tackle for their try from Charlie which was a simple one on one and not a team error."
"The boys showed great resilience out there and I'm chuffed to bits for them. Sarries were hugely improved from what they were two weeks ago as we knew they would be. They came at us with a strong game and we countered it and came out winners."
"On the whole I'm happy, delighted with the four points and we'll move on to Sale on Friday."
One final question on Charlie Sharples who was injured whilst diving in spectacular fashion to score his side's try. His Head Coach admired the effort to score the try but had less sympathy for the showboating.
"He's fine and I hope it teaches him a lesson. You put the ball down and you score the try."
"Credit to him though, he finished the try really well with the hand off on Mordt and delighted he tried to get behind the posts. He did a lot of good things."
