Harlequins blind-side flanker Chris Robshaw will lead a midweek side that has recorded a draw and a win against the Australian Barbarians.
The Maori beat Ireland on Friday and the match against England caps their centenary celebrations.
"We are not here to make up the numbers. We are here to win," explained Martin Johnson. "The bulk of this team have played well against the Australian Barbarians.
"They came back from points down in Perth and improved markedly for the second game and won that. This is their Test match."
