The MyTickets system will allow season ticket holders to re-new their memberships successfully online without the need to use a reservation number to find their booking details.
As well being able to manage your own ticketing account, online season ticket holders will also be able to use the 'Friends and Family' facility. This facility will allow members to purchase the tickets of their fellow Season ticket holders in one transaction saving time and money.
The system will allow members the freedom of purchasing their own seat or standing ticket online which will be a first for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders who have in past had to book direct at the ticket office.
The system will also allow members and fans to earn loyalty points when purchasing tickets for both home and away matches. These points will be stored on customer accounts which will be used when allocating tickets for knock out matches in the future when demand exceeds supply.
Gloucester Rugby's Marketing Manager Anna Mitchell said, "Gloucester Rugby strive to continue to improve the online ticketing experience for supporters and we believe that MyTickets is the way forward with its user friendly and hassle free operating system."

Season ticket holders will need to enter their own membership number and postcode when logging on for the first time before the system allows them to reset their password.
