The former Sharks centre is likely to be partnered in Gloucester's midfield by Henry Paul for the clash against the Tigers.
Gloucester are expected to name a strong line-up for the clash against Leicester - that is a reciprocal arrangement after the Kingsholm club made the trip to Welford Road before Christmas.
Keil is relishing his debut and told www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk "I have been given a fantastically warm welcome by everybody at the club and I really looking forward to the challenge.
"Rugby is a competitive world and I am obviously in competition with a number of players for a place in the side and that starts on Monday - it will be a great chance to finally get on the field.
"I have still got a lot of rugby dreams I want to achieve and they start with Gloucester."
Gloucester are expected to announce the team on Monday but the game will be free to season ticket holders, £5 for adults and kids under 16 can get in for a pound.
Tickets will be available on day from the ticket office.
