Gloucester Rugby open their Compass Group Middlesex Sevens challenge against Worcester at Twickenham on Saturday 13 August.
A win over the Warriors could see the Kingsholm side meet the Army in round two, who they lost out to in last year's final.
The British Army kick off the tournament against Bedford Blues at 11.20am. Gloucester take on Worcester Warriors at 11.40am, followed by Londoners NEC Harlequins against Blackheath at 12 noon.
Northampton Saints are up against Bath Rugby at 12.20 followed by Premiership Champions London Wasps against Powergen Cup Winners Leeds Tykes at 12.40. Newcastle Falcons face London Irish at 13.10, then Leicester Tigers take on Guinness Premiership new boys Bristol Rugby at 13.30, followed by Saracens against Sale Sharks at 13.50.

The 2nd Round matches will then take place at 14.15, 14.35, 14.55 and 15.15 followed by the Semi Finals at 16.20 and 16.40 and the Final at 17.30. The winning team will be presented with the Russell-Cargill Memorial Cup.
