Kingsholm's capacity for the semi-final has been confirmed at 9,000 because of the re-development work on the South Stand.
The remaining parts of the ground - the Shed and terracing - will categorised as 'terracing' for this fixture and existing Shed and west terrace season ticket holders will be able to buy one ticket on a first come, first served basis.
Any remaining tickets will then put released on general sale from Wednesday, May 2 at 9am and will also be available online at www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk
"I think there has always been a groundswell of support for a semi-final to be played at Kingsholm, regardless of restrictions on capacity, and a huge amount of work has been completed to ensure it is possible," said Gloucester's managing director Ken Nottage.
"Ashton Gate was a great success for the club but Kingsholm, with its atmosphere, proximity to the pitch and significance at this stage of the competition, was the obvious choice for us.
"It should be another fantastic one-off event and I am sure our supporters will be right behind us."
For the first two days of sales (Monday and Tuesday), season ticket holders will be able to book tickets by either calling the ticket hotline on 0871 871 8781 or by visiting the Kingsholm ticket office in person.
From Wednesday tickets will be on general sale and bookings can be taken online, by telephone or in person. However, on Thursday morning the ticket office will be closed to walk up sales until 10.30 due to the erecting of temporary facilities.
The ticket office will be made accessible via the rear entrance of the Lions Den so to direct supporters away from the building site.
