After suffering a loss to Harlequins in their first outing of the season last month, Gloucester will look to return to winning ways with a side featuring a number of the club's rising academy stars.
Scrum-half Dave Lewis, who got a taste of 1st XV action during the World Cup, will be joined by fellow England U18 players Dan Williams at number eight, and Henry Trinder in the centre.
Certain senior Gloucester squad players will be added to the XV following Sunday's match against Wasps, with partners Moseley Rugby and Hartpury College completing the match 22.
Kick-off is at 7.45pm, with season ticket holders admitted free, adults at £6 and children £3.
