"We receive outstanding support from Hartpury College on a number of levels. It is the venue where our senior squad train on a daily basis and their help in agreeing to stage these two games is very much appreciated," said Gloucester's managing director Ken Nottage.
"We are also delighted so much good work has been completed on this project during an exceptionally busy time at the club to allow supporters to attend what are very popular fixtures.
"I think that is testament to the willingness to make these events a success and I am sure it will be."
The A League matches are included in the season ticket package. The game will kick off at 7.30pm and the ground will open at 5.30pm.
Admittance is £5 for adults and £1 for concessions. Car parking will be £3, but is limited.
Gloucester host Bristol on Monday, March 26 and Harlequins on Monday, April 9
