Supporters who purchased tickets at Kingsholm and gave their personal details as well as having their name printed on the stub will also be posted new tickets. Supporters who did not give their personal details and do not have their name printed on their tickets will need to return the original tickets to the Kingsholm ticket office where they will be re-issued.
Any supporters who are unable to attend the re-arranged fixture will be entitled to exchange their tickets for another match of their choice. Refunds will only be considered providing the valid tickets and a written request are sent to the ticket office no later than one week prior to the re-arranged kick off.
Tickets will be released the week commencing 22nd January allowing time for supporters to notify the ticket office of any changes of address.
For season ticket holders, another ticket within the booklet will be allocated so no further action is required.
