The Gloucester Presidents XV are taking on the Combined Services in a game which will raise funds for the Royal British Legion.
Taking place just a few days before Remembrance Sunday, the fixture follows on from the Combined Services playing against Samoa at Kingsholm 12 months ago.
Spencer, who has come through the age groups at Longlevens, has played A League rugby for Gloucester before but knows that this game will be a lot different:
"I have not played in a charity game before so I don't know what it will be like, but hopefully it will help raise a lot of awareness and that is the big aim.
"It is going to be exciting to see a crowd so big, I've not experienced it before, so I don't know what it's going to be like.
"But running out and playing in front of everyone, there is a big expectation on your shoulders.
"There is not as big a crowd at A League games but I have heard there will be a good attendance on the night so that is going to be on my mind at all times during the whole night.
"As a young Gloucester boy it is going to be massive. My heart is going to be beating really fast and I am excited. There is a lot of experience in the team and hopefully that will help my development."
