The Tall Ships Festival is back in Gloucester

The festival is undoubtedly Gloucester's most popular event for all ages (apart from watching Gloucester Rugby of course!), combining stunning Tall Ships (naturally!), a flotilla of smaller boats and watercraft, live music and entertainment, arts, crafts and kids activities, exotic market stalls, funfair attractions, museums and great food and drink.

The event takes place in a wonderful waterside setting close to the heart of the city, in and around the fantastic Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet and historic docks.

Get yourself a Tall Ships wrist band which grant the wearer (PLUS any kids under 13 they have with them) access on board all five of the tall ships, AND free entry to the Soldiers of Gloucestershire and the Waterways Museums on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 August.

They cost £5 each but you can save 20% in advance Tall Ships Wristbands which are available now from the Cathedral, Gloucester Quays reception, Tourist Information Centre and Hayden Taylor (Westgate Street) for ONLY £4.

They will be available from Friday at the Docks at the normal price of £5.
