We anticipate the January event being just as popular as the September equivalent and bookings are flooding in.
Angela Edwards, Gloucester Rugby's New Business Manager, confirmed the thinking behind the launch.
"The idea behind this new event is to encourage local professional women to come together and forge new business relationships and share their own experiences."
"At the same time, you can enjoy a fantastic lunch while listening to guest speakers and take advantage of the great networking opportunities that follow."
Angela came up with the idea realising there was a distinct shortage of such events for women. She therefore decided to put together a strong committee of professional local women to help bring about this event.
The January event will be sponsored by Juice Recruitment. Managing Director Emma Summers started the company 12 years ago and is fully aware of the challenges of women in modern day business.
Now having 4 offices in Bath, Bristol, Swindon and Cheltenham with a turnover of over £3 million Emma had this to say:
"As MD of Juice, I am delighted to be supporting an event that promotes networking between so many high profile and successful women.
"The Gloucestershire business community is exciting and we are proud to be able to assist both clients and candidates locally - we look forward to seeing you all there".
