It's a strong looking back line which features two England international wingers in Tom Voyce and Lesley Vainikolo as well as first team regulars in Jonny May, Tim Taylor and Dave Lewis.
Similarly, in the pack, the front row trio of Dan Murphy, Matias Cortese and Shaun Knight all travelled to Ireland for Saturday's Heineken Cup win over Connacht.
The back five sees four members of the Academy team up with Matt Cox to complete the line up.
The ground will open at 6:30pm and the game will kick off at 7:30pm.
Entry is free for Gloucester Rugby season ticket holders. Otherwise, entry is £5 for adults and £1 for juniors.
The South Stand is open (unreserved seating) but the other parts of the ground are closed.
