It was the final time that the tournament will be played and the Saxons ensured that they signed off in style with a 37-6 win.
Canada provided a tough opponent. They've been a force throughout this tournament and proved a tough nut to crack as they defended with commitment and discipline.
The Saxons had to work hard for their opening score, a penalty from Rory Clegg and it was rapidly cancelled out by a drop goal from fly half Munro.
However, two tries in rapid succession from flanker James Gaskell and winger Miles Benjamin, an interception on his home turf, created some breathing space although a James Pritchard penalty for Canada ensured a 15-6 half time score.
The second half followed a similar pattern as the Saxons again enjoyed plenty of possession and territory but got little change out of the Canadian defence.
A Clegg penalty on 50 minutes was the only reward until the Quins fly half floated a lovely crossfield kick for Benjamin to gather and score his second.
The game opened up and Sharples showed strength and pace to make the line after Canada failed to deal with a high kick and Henry Trinder's eye for a gap created the final try as he sliced through before offloading to Jamie Gibson.
