Gloucester in good shape for semi final feels Trinder

Gloucester Rugby centre Henry Trinder, who scored two tries in the 68-17 win against Sale on Saturday, feels that the win means that his side are in great spirits going into Sunday's Aviva Premiership semi final at Saracens.

Gloucester travel to Oyonnax for the second round of the European Rugby Challenge Cup on Saturday evening, and Director of Rugby David Humphreys is expecting a big test from the French side, feeling that their league position doesn't reflect their recent performances.
