The offer will be available for Gloucester’s Guinness Premiership games against London Irish, Sale Sharks and London Wasps and is one of the biggest mid-season discounts the club has ever introduced.
Gloucester will also offer season ticket holders the chance to bring a friend for half-price anywhere in the stadium for their Guinness Premiership game against Saracens on Saturday, January 3.
“We have just attracted our two largest attendances of the season, we are currently joint top of the Guinness Premiership and we want to ensure we maintain good, partisan and large levels of support in the new year,” said Gloucester’s managing director Ken Nottage.
“At the moment everybody is affected and influenced by the current economic position the country is experiencing and we want to reflect that with a ticketing policy for these three games that is not only attractive but also exceptionally good value.
“With the early booking discount taken into account, then a £7 saving anywhere in the stadium is something that represents really good value for money without devaluing the season ticket package. This level of discount is unique in Gloucester’s recent history and is a great way to start the new year.
“Historically, the games over Christmas and new year always attract good attendances and we hope season ticket holders can take advantage of this and bring a friend for half-price anywhere in the stadium. We have looked at a variety of options for the coming months and believe there is something for everyone who wants to regularly come to Kingsholm.”
Whilst it is has been built in to the discounts featured above, Gloucester will also pass on the VAT reductions to supporters that will result in £1 off all tickets for matches not included in this offer.
