Over 90 players took part in the first ‘try-it’ session as teams played a number of games throughout the evening but, if you're still interested in taking part, it's not too late.

Last night was an opportunity for those that have never played or indeed for those just wanting to get back into the swing of things before the league kicks off on Wednesday 17th June.

So, there is still plenty of time to get a few friends together and form a team to take part in the tournament.

This season participants will have the opportunity to play at Kingsholm Stadium in the latter stages of the tournament along with the chance to win vouchers for the Gloucester Rugby shop courtesy of Rugbytech.

The Gloucester Rugby Touch league is open to anybody aged 16 and over and takes place every Wednesday at Longlevens RFC from 6.30pm onwards.
