JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES INCLUDE:
To manage the day to day running of the 1873 Club and to act as a point of contact to your members.
To deliver or exceed sales targets according to agreed budget/targets.
To maximise the membership yield of the 1873 Club.
To actively seek new business partners in the area.
To maximise hospitality yield from the Star Suite.
To assist in the preparation of the Club's overall sales strategy and implementation as appropriate.
To maximize the usage of Gloucester Rugby's matchday facilities specifically to maximise profit.
To liaise with the catering and bar contractors to deliver an outstanding level of service. This includes food and drink provision and to maintain the appearance of the 1873 Club facilities.
To find new innovative ways of developing value added relationships with clients.
To ensure that all sales administration is completed correctly through to invoice stage.
To assist in Credit Control in relation to your Department where appropriate by liaising with the Accounts Department.
To maintain an up to date Data Management System.
To adhere to all relevant procedures and processes in place which can be updated from time to time.
To compile and deliver Reports that will convey Business Projections together with recording performance to date.
To maintain open communication between your department and the Conferencing/Operations Dept to ensure the smooth running of events.
To be a proactive and cohesive member of the commercial team
