The dates for the forthcoming sessions are as follows:
*Monday 21st September - Scrummaging (Kingsholm Stadium) - This session will look specifically at individual and unit technique such as arms, height and footwork along with calling structures.
*Monday 12th October - Line Out (Kingsholm Stadium) - This session will focus on jump technique, life technique and general options for gaining an advantage from a Line out perspective.
