A 75th minute try by captain Dave Pascoe was the Navy's only consolation.
In the build-up to this year's contest The Army overcame the RAF 62-11 at Aldershot and prepared for their bid for an eighth successive championship victory at a training camp in South Africa where they beat Stellenbosch University and the Villagers club.
Today's win capped off an unbeaten season for the men in Red and captain Mark Lee saluted his team.
"It was a great win for us. We have had a very constructive season this year, all credit to the coaching staff and all the guys on the pitch today," said Lee.
"We have a lot of experience in this side and I think that came through today. We have worked really hard this season, we had a training camp in South Africa and we have played some quality sides and being unbeaten was a great booster going into this match.
"The Navy really came at us in the first 20 minutes but our defence held out and we built today's victory on our defence. And when we have great runners with the ball in hand there's not much you can do to stop them."
Four tries in the first half put the Army in a 24 point lead going into half time and two second half tries from winger Gus Qasevakatini secured a comfortable victory.
