Following the meeting between the teams in Gloucester, the famous green and gold jerseys will begin their first Grand Slam tour of Britain and Ireland since 1984.
First up they will take on England team at Twickenham, on Saturday, November 7th then it's off to Croke Park to face defending Six Nations champions Ireland on November 15th.
After that they will play Andy Robinson's new Scotland team at Murrayfield on Saturday, November 21 before taking on Warren Gatland's Wales at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
The newcomers include Western Force winger Nick Cummins, NSW Waratahs back Rob Horne, Queensland Reds halfback Richard Kingi and Brumbies flanker Mitchell Chapman.
Props Matt Dunning and Sekope Kepu return after missing the start of the season down under due to injuries sustained in the game against the Barbarians at Wembley last December.
The Australian players assembled in Sydney last Monday for a four-day training camp in preparation for the historic tour.
The final party will be cut to 35 and will be announced this Friday.
Wallabies coach Robbie Deans said: "The four-day training camp gives us the opportunity to bring the group together, assess where the guys are at and also look at some new options."
