Facing a Saracens A side which was giving a run out to a number of first teamers, the Gloucester side were subjected to a Saracens kicking game which forced them back to wait for mistakes.
Gloucester's only points of the evening came from a Mike Wilcox penalty.
Gloucester never gave up with Paul Doran-Jones scrummaging well and Marcus Brown scrapping for everything on the deck.
Gloucester will play their first home A League game at Kingsholm against London Wasps next Monday evening (September 14th), kick off 7:30pm.
