Gloucester Rugby Community Team are busy planning an action packed summer of sports camps and it all kicks of with an Olympic summer sports camp at Rendcomb College.
The Olympic Summer camp will offer a range of sporting activities including not just rugby but a whole host of other activities including football, cricket, la crosse, rounders, orienteering,and a fun based athletics competition.
A fun packed week of activities for 7 to 15 year olds. It will be held at Rendcomb College, near Cirencester, from Monday 23rd July to Friday 27th July and will run from 9am until 4pm each day.
Over the course of the week participants will be split into teams and they will all represent a Country. There will be prizes on offer and a celebration event and BBQ at the end of the week.
The Community team will also be running a Rugby Specific training course in conjunction with the Royal Marines. This residential course will take at their base in Chivenor, Devon, from 6th to 10th August. It is open to boys aged 13 to 16 years who have a good understanding of the game and would like to develop their rugby further,
