The side features several of the Ulster team who competed in the Heineken Cup final just over a week ago including second row Dan Tuohy, formerly of Gloucester.
Head coach Declan Kidney is set to finalise his 29-man squad after the Barbarians fixture for next month's tour of New Zealand.
Ireland will face the world champion All Blacks in Auckland, Christchurch and Hamilton between June 9th and 23rd.
