The preliminary squad have been training together for a number of weeks now in the lead up to this fixture with coaches Peter Buxton and Sean Lynn.
The Cardiff game will provide the first competitive opportunity of the year for this group as they prepare for the RFU Academies festival in May.
The festival will ultimately be the first opportunity for this group of players to impress the England U18 coaches Peter Walton and John Fletcher.
The players selected below should meet at Hartpury College on Sunday 26th February at 12.30pm in advance of the kick off at 2.00pm.
